Intake and Assessment

Intake for our program begins with a short phone interview. During the call, we determine the severity of addiction, current substance use, substance history, and family history. This information helps us develop targeted and effective treatment plans

Rehabilitation Treatment

Prior to admission to our outpatient program, a complete assessment will be performed to determine the potential need for detox or hospitalization to stabilize our clients. Our hands on approach will walk each client and their families through this process and our team will remain in constant contact with the treatment facility as well as the client and the families during this brief process.

Upon completion and full admission in to the Impact program, clients will learn to identify the underlying causes of their addiction, and to address these issues in a constructive manner. Clients begin to learn a new way of living and coping, without alcohol or other drugs.

Case Management & Individual Therapy

Each client works with an assigned a member of the case management team to develop and monitor each individual’s treatment plan. As a part of this weekly meeting, clients will discuss their progress and struggles within their individual recovery process including developing relapse prevention strategies, and creating sustainable long-term recovery plans. Additional sessions with a therapist will help identify and address the underlying causes of addiction as well as other co-occurring concerns that the client is experiencing.

Group Therapy

Participation in group counseling sessions helps clients to develop a sense of community reliance in their struggle to get clean and sober. Our treatment groups foster growth and healing through their supportive but challenging treatment processes.

Family Therapy

Family support can be a significant source of encouragement for people new to recovery. We offer programs for family members where they can discuss how they have been impacted by a loved one’s addiction and begin the work of resolving family issues so that the transition from treatment back to life can be made as smooth as possible.

Aftercare

Recovery is a continuing process. There is no “cure” for addiction. Continued support is essential to growth in recovery and avoiding relapse. Our counselors help clients develop a variety of aftercare strategies.
